This website is built and run on their behalf by Albert Brunda (WEBDOMOV® brand), company ID 22199128, Komenského 858/1, 779 00 Olomouc, e-mail domovwebu@gmail.com, who acts as a processor: data from the form is only received and forwarded to the owner of the accommodation and is not used for anything else.
The form asks for your name, e-mail, phone number, dates of stay and number of guests. This data serves one purpose only: so that the owner can reply to you and arrange your stay.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot reply to you.
How long: with the website operator (WEBDOMOV) for no more than 6 months after forwarding to the owner. With the owner for as long as the enquiry is being handled; if it results in a stay, for as long as necessary to provide it and thereafter as required by law (accounting and tax records).
If you call or e-mail instead of using the form, the owner processes the content of your message for the same reason: to reply to you.

The website runs on the Lovable platform, which adds simple anonymous visitor analytics. It stores one cookie named session-id in your browser, valid for 30 minutes, only so that a single visit is not counted several times. It contains neither your name nor your e-mail and does not track you across other websites. Together with it, the referring page, browser type and approximate country are sent.
The website also uses Google Analytics, which stores its own cookies and shows the owner how many people visited the website and where they came from.
No measurement runs without your consent. On your first visit the website asks, and until you answer (or if you decline) measurement is blocked, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookie is stored. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Your answer to this question is also stored in your browser's storage. It stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere. The server hosting the website keeps standard technical request logs and stores a technical cookie __dpl, which keeps your visit on one version of the website; without it the page might not display correctly.
When loading, the website downloads fonts from Google Fonts; in doing so your IP address and browser details are sent to Google, as with any other downloaded content.
